1. About Us

TomoLink (operated by TomoLink Technology Solutions, registered at #42, 3rd Cross, Koramangala 5th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560095, India) provides an online interview preparation platform at tomolink.in. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

TomoLink offers subscription-based access to interview preparation content including:

• Company-specific interview question banks (DSA, System Design, HR, OS, DBMS, CN)
• Topic-wise study material and curated resources
• Career Track roadmaps for 22 job roles (SDE, Flutter, Android, ML Engineer, DevOps & more)
• Individual Career Track purchases (₹2999 / month per role)
• Mock interview question sets and structured learning paths

All subscription plans are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Plans, Purchases & Payments

TomoLink offers the following access options:

• Free Plan — Limited access to topic overviews and sample questions.
• Standard Plan (3 Months) — Access to 50+ company roadmaps, DSA, System Design, and all study modules.
• Growth Plan (8 Months) — Everything in Standard, plus all 22 job-role roadmaps (SDE, Flutter, Android, ML Engineer & more).
• Pro Plan (12 Months) — All features in Growth at a discounted annual rate.
• Individual Career Track (₹2999 / month) — One-time purchase granting access to a single selected job-role roadmap for 1 month. Company pages and other roles are not included.

Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method. All amounts are in INR inclusive of applicable taxes. All plans are one-time payments — there are no auto-renewals or recurring charges.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TomoLink, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18) and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share your account or subscription access with any third party.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TomoLink — including but not limited to text, question banks, roadmaps, study guides, images, and code — is the exclusive property of TomoLink Technology Solutions and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or sell any content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for study purposes is permitted.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit subscription content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

8. Refunds

All purchases on TomoLink are one-time payments — there are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TomoLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We do not guarantee placement or interview success outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TomoLink Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of TomoLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
