Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription purchases made on tomolink.in by TomoLink Technology Solutions. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed via Cashfree Payments. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.

2. Plans & Purchases

TomoLink offers the following paid options (prices in INR):

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. To be eligible:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • This is a first-time purchase for your account (not a renewal or upgrade).
  • You have not already received a refund on any previous TomoLink subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund request received after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Subscription renewals (auto-renewed or manually renewed plans).
  • Plans purchased at a promotional or discounted rate explicitly marked as non-refundable.
  • Individual Career Track purchases (₹2999) — these are non-refundable once access has been granted, as the roadmap content is immediately accessible upon payment.
  • Accounts found in violation of our Terms & Conditions at the time of the request.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email support@tomolink.in with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]".
  2. Include your registered email address, order/transaction ID (available in your payment confirmation email), and reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are credited back via Cashfree Payments to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.). Processing time may vary based on your bank.

6. One-time Payment

All TomoLink plans are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges, auto-renewals, or subscriptions. Your access is valid for the duration of the plan you purchased. Once your plan expires, you may purchase a new plan at the prevailing rate.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
