Crack the Accenture Cognitive, Technical & Communication assessments — full pattern breakdown with a 4-week plan.
Accenture offers two tracks: Application Engineering (AE) — 4.5 LPA, no coding round, and Advanced Software Engineering (ASE) — 6.5 LPA, requires a coding round. You choose your track during registration. If you're comfortable with coding, always go for ASE.
Tip: This is a gamified test. Don't overthink — it tests pattern recognition and speed, not deep math.
Tip: Focus on OOP, pointers/memory, and SQL joins. These appear in almost every Accenture test batch.
Tip: Speak clearly, at a measured pace. Avoid filler words. Practice reading 1–2 paragraphs aloud daily.
Tip: ASE (Advanced Software Engineering) track requires coding. AE (Application Engineering) track does not.
Cognitive + Verbal
20 pattern puzzles/day, 10 grammar Qs/day, reading aloud practice
Technical (CS Fundamentals)
OOP deep dive, SQL (JOINs, subqueries), OS concepts daily
Coding (if ASE track)
LeetCode Easy-Medium: 2 Qs/day; focus on arrays and strings
Mock Tests + Communication
2 full mock tests, 1 recording practice/day, review all weak areas
Aptitude, CS Technical, and Coding mock tests to get you ready for Accenture assessment day.
