Score 90+ percentile in the eLitmus pH test — complete breakdown of Problem Solving, Quant, and Verbal sections.
The eLitmus pH (Hiring) test is a standardized aptitude test that 2,000+ companies use to filter freshers. Unlike other tests, companies come to you if you score well — you don't apply to them. A score above 90th percentile opens doors at Amazon, Oracle, Samsung, VMware, and many more. The test fee is approximately ₹800 and results are valid for 2 years.
Tip: This is the hardest and most important section. Companies focus on your Problem Solving percentile above all else. Practice cryptarithmetic daily.
Tip: Questions are CAT-level difficulty. Don't panic — even 8–10 correct here gives a good percentile. Focus on P&C and Probability.
Tip: Verbal is comparatively easier. Aim for 16+ correct. RC and Critical Reasoning carry the most weight.

There is negative marking: -1/3 for wrong answers. Do not guess randomly — skip if unsure. Only attempt questions where you can eliminate at least 2 options.
Most students score similar marks in Verbal. What separates top percentiles is Problem Solving. Dedicate 60% of your prep time here.
